The Lowdown on Property Auctions
At The Property Auctioneers, we are investing in state-of-the-art technology to bring our auctions online, whether you have a tablet, mobile phone, or desktop you are able to log on wherever you are and engage in the auction.
To enable you to use this platform we do require you to contact our team in advance to register. If you don’t wish to purchase but would like to watch the Auction live you can by following the link on our homepage on Auction day.
If bidding online is daunting for you or you are not available at the auction time you can register to vote by Proxy. We will give you a Proxy form which you will fill out specifying your maximum bid on the lots you wish to bid on.
The Auctioneer on the day will do their best to get you the best possible price at auction.
We can also now take telephone bids.
We will require notice to ensure we are set up efficiently to take your bid in the auction room so please register for this service in advance.
